TravelBlogDiary: Ilocos Tour I

The excitement begins….
Plans and promises are not meant to be broken if you put your heart and mind to it.
The long wait is over for me and my friends. Since May we planned this Ilocos Trip and it was a blast.
Let’s take a look at this captured moments of our Day 1 escapade.

Lubay Beach Sta.Lucia

For our first stop we say hi to a very nice sunset in Lubay Beach Sta.Lucia Ilocos Sur.
The sun set the lens of our camera and it was really a nice shot.

Quirino Bridge Ilocos Sur

As we went along our way going to Marcos Museum we saw the bridge of Quirino that really looks like the bridge in Bridges of Love. The bridge is one of the hot spot because of its calm water and greenish mountain as a background.  The strokes design of it are perfectly done as well.

MARCOS MUSEUM AND MAUSELEUM
LAOAG, BATAC ILOCOS NORTE!

After saying good morning at the Sta.Lucia beach (a place wherein Kuya Robertmet his cousins)
and tried to have perfect jump shot at Quirino Bridge we go directly to LAOAG, Batac, Ilocos Norte. My friend Lyn met her relatives that she wasn't able to see for almost a year. They lived almost 20 steps away to Marcos Museum andMausoleum. She is our tour guide when we enter for free because of her name hahahaha. (Thanks to youmy friend).

Crazy friends captured every minute of our stay inside the Museum.

Cape Bojeador Lighthouse
Burgos
Ilocos, Norte

Head up high in the beautiful scenery from the Light House .

Bangui, Windmills
Ilocos, Norte

A gloomy weather ended our last stop in Bangui Windmills in Ilocos, Norte. Those windmills are really cool to see in our eyes.

Cool winds in a gloomy weather at Bangui Windmills.

FoodBlogDiary: Leona's Art Restaurant

We and our friends were looking for a place to eat at Maginhawa St. Teacher’s Village, one night and one corner led us to Leona Art Restaurant. Leona is a quaint little resto that is almost hidden because of its location. Leona’s Art Restaurant is an Italian themed restaurant. The decor is so vintage chic with an Italian and Mexican diner vibe.

The food can take a while. It's a good thing there are lots of little things to see around the restaurant.

Good thing the cozy ambiance of the place suits to our outfit.

Blogberry #BeTheBestYouPlanner meet and greet with Laureen Uy!

Hey Everyone!

So here’s a wrap up of our BlogBerry #BeTheBestYouPlanner experience.

It was actually our first time attending meet and greet events for a fashion Blogger and we must say this event was one of our unforgettable event that we ever attended for, it is related to our passion and really shows how fashion and style can inspire other people. Ate Laureen is one of the inspirational fashion bloggers for the all aspiring fashion enthusiast like us #bloggerbesties ^_^.

We are lucky enough to be with her that day. As we remember one of us who’s holding the camera was shocked when she arrived. Ces told me to capture some pictures because I’m just staring at ate Laureen that time. After the short game and a simple talk about the planner the time that we’ve been waiting for has come. It’s the signing time with our own planner. Both of us we’re shaking and don’t know what to say to her face to face. And then, when we introduce ourselves as #bloggerbesties that she has seen in our notes, she was glad to know about it. Even Ces’s outfit that day ate Laureen complimented about it. (Ces’s said that it is more than the compliment of her mom, hahaha) And at the end of the simple talk, she asked us to tag her about our blog. As baby bloggers those words gives us the urge to pursue more and be motivated to do more about blogging.

Ate Laureen Uy is so fun to be with and super cool, what we like about her is that she inspires us to blog and style ourselves more as we take our fashion blogging into the next level. Meeting her is like a dream come true for us because ever since we became a fashion blogger we never thought we could hang out with someone like her.

Thank you for this message ate LAureen Uy ^_^

Floral? It's Blooming Now!

This spring, flowers will be blooming everywhere. Nothing new about that? These floral will be popping up outside your yard: on pants, skirts, top, dresses and more.

When the weather is hot you can’t go wrong with wearing a nice floral dress. Floral print is always a hot trend during the spring and summer seasons.

Let’s take a look what to mix and match for floral prints to skirts, pants tops and dresses.

1.  JAZZY JEANS

We know that we don’t really care for jeans in the summer, but wearing jeans is another one of the easy ways to wear floral prints. A pair of floral print jeans, paired with a plain top is the simplest and one of the cutest ways to stay on trend. Floral print jeans are sold everywhere, so if you’re looking for a specific pair, stick with a brand you know and then go from that.

2.  SOFT SKIRTS
Simple and soft skirts are just quick ways to wear floral print. Throwing a simple maxi or skater skirt that has a floral print pattern makes the trend easy to achieve.

3.  TASTEFUL TOPS

Another one of the creative ways to wear floral print is by incorporating it in your tops. There are tons of brands that make floral print tops and you can take the tops and pair them with solid bottoms.

Floral trends will never been faded. It is one of the clothes that can never be go wrong when you try to mix and match in your own style. It will surely mark to fashion and also could be trending and inspires others to try something in their own way.

As Mike White describes flower it's just like the floral fashion. Neither you love or hate, floral fashion just exists.
